Mammoth Halkidiki Olives, covered with west country rapeseed oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Kalamata - 175g
Colossal Kalamata Olives complete with a splattering of local rapeseed oil and a little lemon juice. The ‘pit’ remains in for a fuller flavour.
Harissa Glazed - 175g
Mammoth Halkidiki Green Pitted Olives with Harissa. A spicy fresh harissa sauce is added to complete an outstanding combination.
Hand-Stuffed Garlic - 175g
Mammoth Halkidiki Olives stuffed with Garlic Cloves, finished with added minced-garlic and some west country rapeseed oil.
Hot Chilli (Very Hot) - 175g
Mammoth Halkidiki Pitted Olives stuffed with Birds Eye Chilli, coated with a little local rapeseed oil and a small sprinkling of parsley.
Nocellara Del Belice - 175g
Whole Castelvetrano bright Green Olives. We only add the faintest smear of local rapeseed oil to retain the buttery flavour. The stone remains in this olive.

Mammoth Green Pitted Olives stuffed with Red Pepper and Harissa Sauce. Finished with a touch of local rapeseed oil and a light coating of fresh harissa sauce.

Pitted Mammoth Green & Extra Large Kalamata Olives with Orange Zest and Coriander. West country rapeseed oil, coriander seeds, orange juice, orange zest and a herb marinade make up this magnificent recipe.
